As a local charity here in Central Ohio, we accept all sorts of charitable donations from residents throughout the area. Though we accept donations on a local basis, our reach is much wider, as we work in conjunction with the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) to raise awareness of chronic kidney disease while also providing care and support to those who need it most. Each time you make a donation to NKS, you’re helping to fund NKF and effectively fighting the good fight against an illness that currently affects more than 31 million Americans.

When you’re ready to give to our charity, you can select from one of four convenient ways to do so. We proudly offer:

• Standard weekly donation pickups – NKS trucks are out on the roads of Dayton each weekday from 7:30 a.m. to sunset, collecting donations from homes, apartments, and office buildings.
• Expedited pickups –Upon request, you can elect to have NKS drivers pick up your donations within one week’s time or less.
• Saturday pickups – Available by request as well, weekend service is designed to offer extra convenience to Dayton residents who have large quantities of donations, including items left unsold from a yard sales, community sales or estate sale.
• Donation drop offs – You can even drop off your tax-deductible* items at any of the Ohio Thrift stores located in the greater Columbus area.
