Give Clothes to Charity – NKS Offers Pickup Service in Columbus, Dayton, Lancaster & throughout Central Ohio

Giving clothes to charity is a great way to get rid of clutter in your closets and do a good deed in the process. National Kidney Services (NKS), a charity located right here in the Columbus area, will come to your home and collect your donations of used clothing completely free of charge. We would even be happy to collect donations from businesses, churches, and schools, so feel free to organize charitable clothing drives with friends, family members, and coworkers.

NKS strives to make a difference in the fight against chronic kidney disease. By partnering with the National Kidney Foundation, we’re able to put your charitable contributions of used clothes household items to work throughout the state of Ohio. The proceeds generated from the goods and clothes you give to our charity will help sustain free health screenings, educational brochures, continuing education programs for health professionals, and more.

There are a variety of additional benefits that come with giving clothes to our charity. By donating used items that you no longer want, you’re giving a second home to reusable, durable goods that may otherwise have ended up in a landfill. Clothing donations to NKS are also tax deductible*, and a tax receipt can be obtained from your donation pickup driver or from any Ohio Thrift store in Columbus, Whitehall, Grove City, or Washington Court House.
